Five years ago, I faced the biggest challenge of my life. Everything I had worked for was falling apart, my health was failing, my finances were in ruins, and I felt completely defeated. I remember crying out to God, “Why is this happening to me? When will these challenges end?”
Then God spoke something to me that changed everything.
He said, “These challenges are not here to destroy you, they are here to develop you. Every obstacle is an opportunity for Me to show My power through your life.” In that moment, I realized that challenges are not roadblocks, they are stepping stones to your destiny.
You see, every great man and woman in the Bible faced tremendous challenges. Moses had Pharaoh and the Red Sea. David had Goliath and King Saul. Daniel had the lion’s den. Esther had Haman’s plot. Paul had shipwrecks, beatings, and imprisonment. But do you know what they all had in common? They all overcame because God was with them.
The same God who brought them through is ready to bring you through. The same power that delivered them is available to deliver you. The same grace that sustained them will sustain you. Your challenge may be big, but your God is bigger.
Maybe you’re facing a health challenge that doctors can’t solve. Perhaps you’re dealing with a financial crisis that seems impossible to overcome. Refuse to Give Up
